"Ariel is 4'8" tall, weighs about 75 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.

An Amber Alert was issued Saturday morning for a 7-year-old Trumbull boy who police said was taken by his father after a violent domestic argument.

New York State Police say Revello could be headed for the Bronx.

Police said the suspect, Rodolfo Revello, 43, forcefully entered the home of his estranged wife, according to NBC Connecticut.

The boy, identified as as Ariel Revello, was taken in a "custodial abduction" from his home at about 4:30 a.m., police said.

A CT man attacked his estranged wife and stole money and jewelry from her before taking off in a white van with his son, triggering an Amber alert for the seven-year-old boy. The assault victim escaped further injury by jumping out of her bedroom window to get away from the assailant.

The boy may have been abducted and may be riding in a 2015 white, Ford transit cargo van with combination plate C04379.

Anyone with information is asked to call Trumbull police at Trumbull Police Department 203-261-3665.
