Gareth Bale fitness boost for Real Madrid

Celta's last win over Real Madrid came on home soil in May 2014, but they have lost each of their last three with Los Blancos and were beaten 3-0 in the corresponding league match last season, when Ronaldo hit a hat-trick. The side from Vigo have netted in both matches they played against Barcelona this term, as well as against Real Madrid back in October and pose a serious threat to Real.

Real Madrid's Gareth Bale (L) is challenged by Atletico Madrid's Diego Godin during their Spanish first division derby soccer match at the Vicente Calderon stadium in Madrid, Spain, October 4, 2015.

Real Madrid: Injured - Benzema; Doubtful - Arbeloa, Bale, Marcelo, Modric. "Now, it is a "we will see" from the club".

Denmark global Daniel Wass believes it is "difficult" for Real Madrid to win La Liga this season and intends to make it nigh-on impossible for Zinedine Zidane's men by leading Celta Vigo to victory at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday. It was a hard game against a good team and we played well.

Ronaldo scored in that 3-1 win on Wednesday and is now involved in a private duel for top scorer in La Liga with Luis Suarez.

Zidane also revealed Marcelo has returned to fitness but says he won't risk utilising Luka Modric (ankle) and Toni Kroos (flu).

And as well as Bale, Zidane will be boosted by the return of captain Sergio Ramos and Dani Carvajal from suspension, while Marcelo will also return to the squad from injury.

"[Toni] Kroos is not in the squad tomorrow, either, as he has the flu, and is not ready".

Real Madrid have won their last 4 home matches against Celta Vigo in all competitions.

"I expected that to happen", said the coach, explaining that "when you have the ball you run more than your rivals". "We need to go one step at a time". "I don't know how long he's been out but the most important thing is that he is back with us". "I lived it as a player and now I accept it", he concluded.

"I'm not looking at Tuesday's game yet, tomorrow's game is more important now", the Real Madrid legend added.
