The White House is re-focusing its attention on products made right here in the United States of America.

Trump has praised his own personal interventions in the US economy for saving jobs, though his spokesman said that the Trump organization's global cost cutting was part of a "capitalistic society". He signed proclamations that declared Monday "Made in America Day", and this week "Made in America Week".

Protexsa, one of the companies Trump has subcontracted in Honduras, responded to Buzzfeed's report, saying the company strived to "ensure a stable, responsible business model framed by civic and moral values".

Hellendrung said he's aware that many of his customers may not necessarily be fans of Trump, but said he chose to participate because he has a strong belief in American-made products and independent businesses.

Press secretary Sean Spicer told The Wall Street Journal that the campaign will underscore the president's emphasis on reforming the tax code.

Trump did not give details about what his administration would do to protect manufacturers, but he railed against tariffs charged by other countries and unfair trade practices.

"There was nothing as far as we know that would lead anyone to believe that there was anything except for discussion about adoption and the Magnitsky Act", Spicer said, "but I would refer you back to counsel on that one".

"I've said this since the beginning", Spicer told the press corps on June 19.

President Donald Trump seems to like the view from a firetruck made by Wisconsin-based Pierce Manufacturing as Vice President Mike Pence stands by during "Made in America" week.

But critics have accused Trump of hypocrisy when he's pushed "Made in America" in the past because so numerous products he and his family members have sold over the years were manufactured overseas. Stetson has been producing cowboy hats for 152 years.

He said his company's products are so tough that his snow shovels withstand being run over by pickup trucks and his regular shovels can be used as a prybar to lift over 900 pounds. We have the best workers.

"America is a nation that honors the work of gifted and skilled tradespeople, but for too long our government has forgotten the American workers", according to a White House news release about the event.

First, there was the event itself, which turned the East Room of the White House into what looked like a really swanky yard sale.

"I stay out of politics and concentrate on making tools", said Gracy.

Donald Trump's campaign paid $50,000 to the law office now representing Donald Trump Jr. a little more than a week before news surfaced of an unreported meeting with a Russian attorney that has prompted new accusations of collusion.
