We will probably see the first Nokia smartphones with Zeiss cameras only next year.

The image shows a more refined version of the handset which appeared prematurely in a Nokia promotional video back in May. And as you can see by the branding, both 13MP cameras come with Carl Zeiss optics. Now it appears the Finnish company has finally chose to launch its first high-end phone, and it will be marketed as the Nokia 8. As it turned out, the most interesting of them, Nokia 8, will be presented in two weeks at the end of the current month. Benchmarking results posted to Geekbench have the Nokia phone posting a score of 7,587 - far ahead of the pace-setting 6,542 we saw when we tested a Snapdragon 835-powered OnePlus 5 with 8GB of RAM.

The new Nokia 130 has a 1.8 Inch display and has a storage option with 8 MB also available. The price of the phone as stated by a well-known German blog - Win Future Nokia 8 will be priced around €589/$675/Rs 43,416. Of course, we don't expect the Nokia 8 to be sold by any major USA carrier this year. He says that the company is going to launch the Nokia 8 on July 31st. There's a fingerprint scanner on the bottom bezel, flanked by capacitive navigation keys.

The leaked features and rumoured specifications of Nokia 8 hints at Qualcomm's latest processor - Snapdragon 835, a Quad HD Display and a number of other interesting features. It is, however, expected to run stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

However, this might not be the case as the new leak suggests that the phone will feature 13-megapixel rear dual cameras.

HMD Global has not confirmed on whether on when it will be debuting the Nokia 8. In Europe, the smartphone is rumored to come in dual SIM variant and that the company will also offer variations of RAM and internal memory. Unfortunately, for now, we don't really know if the Nokia 8 will be officially released in North America.
